Katie has probably asked this question thousands of times over the last decade and her clients answers never get old. It drives your visit in her chair to a bespoke and curated experience. Beginning her studies in 2010 at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, MN, she quickly fell in love with hairdressing. The hair world opened up her own to endless possibilities of travel, education and amazing people. She was fortunate to have many great mentors over the years, her sister being one of them, who showed her the way into hair competitions and education. For 7 years, she worked as an educator and stage artist for the global hair color company, Wella, all while maintaining a salon clientele.

In 2018 she decided to head west to Bozeman, MT to continue her career of being a stylist behind the chair at Theory and dove into the world of luxury beaded hair extensions to provide any and all their dream of having full, luxurious hair. On top of haircutting, coloring and extension work, she's taken on learning the ropes of organic veggie farming alongside her partner, Nate and his family, on their organic goat dairy and farm, Amaltheia Dairy. This is where they get to raise their daughter, Olive, amongst the soil, many goats and hoop houses. She feels very fortunate to interact with so many different people and provide so many services for those here and can’t wait to meet you on the farm or in her chair.
