SALON POLICIES:

Cancellation/Rescheduling: Since all appointments are reserved for you, we ask that you guarantee all bookings with a credit card. If you need to reschedule, or cancel your appointment we require that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive this notification, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled appointment. If you fail to notify Theory more than once, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled appointment. We do take illnesses and emergencies in to account – if this applies to your situation please communicate with the front of the house.

Service: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with services received at Theory Salon, please contact us within 7 days of your service date. We will be happy to address any concern that you may have.

Retail Returns: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any retail purchases made at Theory Salon please contact us within 14 days, and we will be glad to offer you an exchange, or store credit which can be used for future retail purchases. Due to health regulations, we are not able to offer refunds for the following items: hairbrushes, flat irons, and blow dryers.

Cell Phones: In order to provide a relaxing and professional atmosphere, we ask that clients are mindful of other guests as well as your stylist. Please avoid using cell phones while we are cutting, coloring, styling, or washing your hair.

Boutique POLICIES:

Boutique Return Policy: You may return within 2 weeks with original tags and receipt for store credit. All sale items are final.
